Job opportunities
The project, ambreCTL, will create an estimated 1,880 jobs at peak construction, averaging 1,170 during the two-year construction of the mine and the unleaded petrol facility. It is expected to sustain around 530 permanent jobs during operation and generate a further 1,600 jobs Australia-wide.
These jobs will cover a range of specialties including:
- construction
- accounting, purchasing and administration
- mechanical engineering
- environmental management
- geology and geotechnical engineering
- chemical engineering and process technicians
- health safety and training
- fitters, electricians and mechanics
- management and operations supervision
- surveying
